Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Shinrai, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and not barred from receiving services under applicable law to use Shinrai. By using the platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@shinrai.io if you suspect unauthorised access.

Prohibited uses

You may not use Shinrai for money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, or any other illegal purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited activities.

Fees and transfers

Internal transfers are free. External on-chain transfers require Ethereum gas fees, which are paid to the network. We may introduce platform fees with 30 days' notice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shinrai is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our liability is limited to the greater of $100 or fees paid in the preceding 3 months.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms, legal requirements, or risk management reasons. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
